[ There's a rather.. strange written entry to be found today. Apparently someone (upon arrival, most likely) thought the journal served some other purpose than it actually does. ]Dear weird diary-like thing I just found here in the grass

[Tsukino U...sa....gi! Just as she'd thought, there it is! Ami's eyes widen and she flips the voice function on immediately.]

Usagi-chan!

[It can't be.]

Usagi-chan, wait! Where are you exactly? I'll come right away!

[That was the important thing. Then all the worrying about what to do. She'd imagined Usagi coming back so many times but...

How old was she? When was she from? Would she be alright here?]

[ voice ]

[lunarities]

[ There's actually a delay before this reply arrives - she was wondering for a few good moments where Ami's voice was coming from.. And then trying to figure out where the voice function on this thing was. ]

A-- like this-- ... Ah, it's working now, right?

... U-um, more importantly, that's you, right, Ami-chan? I think I'm in some kind of forest, but.. what happened..?

[ voice ]

[no_use_running]

It's me. In the forest?

[She's never liked venturing too much into the forest, but if it's for Usagi, the forest it shall be.]

I'm on my way.

[There's noise as she starts, still carrying the journal open; she's used to reading while walking and the voice function is easy to leave on even while at this near-run.]

We were both brought here... It's hard to explain. This place is called Luceti. It's not the enemy's. The enemy here is called the Malnosso.

[ voice ]

[lunarities]

It's not the enemy, huh..?

[ Her voice trails off a little, as if she's thinking about it. ]

But.. if it's still an enemy, then they're just as bad as the Dark Kingdom? ... W-wait, if we're stuck here, who's fighting the other enemies?

[ voice ]

[no_use_running]

[That...might be better to explain in person, to let Usagi see- because if Usagi was still immersed in the Dark Kingdom, it was a pretty sure bet she was younger.]

I'll explain soon. I promise. For now, look up. Look for my attack and tell me where you see it, so I can find you.

[What? A jet of water could totally be used as a signal flare.]

Mercury Power Make-up!

[Followed shortly by]

Mercury Aqua Mist!

[ voice ]

[lunarities]

[ Yes, a jet of water is fairly noticable-- Usagi even makes a tiny yelp as she suddenly spots it a bit in the distance. ]

Um, it's not too far away now.. It's a bit to my left!

[ There's a tiny pause, and then-- ] Go, go, Ami-chan! [ Yes, cheering her on even in this situation. ]

[ voice to action ]

[no_use_running]

Good. I'll be right there.

[Soon the sound of Mercury's breathing as she runs replaces her voice, and soon enough she's in sight of Usagi. She breaks into a smile.]

Usagi-chan! You're alright.

[She's relieved. And then, because it's been so long, she's already moving to wrap Usagi in an enormous bear hug.]

[ action ] 1 / 2

[ BEAR HUGS. Usagi approves of all these hugs, and she happily clings to Ami-- no, Mercury right now. But.. well, even for Usagi it doesn't take too long to catch on to the changes. ]

[ action ]

[lunarities]

... Eh..? Ami-chan? [ She loosens the hug a little so she can look at the other girl, her face quickly changes to surprise, near shock. ]

What happened to you?! You look older..!

[ action ]

[Mercury steps back and nods slightly, almost embarrassed, as though she's half afraid of what Usagi will think in the end.]

I'm nineteen.

[And with that, she releases her transformation in a haze of blue, revealing the young woman that is Mizuno Ami, no longer a teenage girl.

[ action ]

[lunarities]

[ The same expression remains on Usagi's face as she hears that and watches Mercury change back to Ami.. except this time it's not just shock, but perhaps some amazement too. ]

Uwaaah, Ami-chan grew up so pretty! I'm jealous, no waay---

[ She's about to nearly jump around because of it, but it doesn't take her long to regain her grip on the situation. ]

But.. Ami-chan, how did you suddenly turn nineteen? I mean, that's still a long way off, right?

[ action ]

[no_use_running]

[Usagi thinks she's pretty? Despite herself, Ami's cheeks color. But this is so not the time for that, and she shakes her head and shakes off the embarrassment.]

I'll tell you while we go back to the village. [She manages a small smile.] Let's go.

I was actually brought here when I was nineteen already. Time doesn't work the same. We're not the only ones with friends older or younger, either.

[ action ]

[ She frowns a little, thinking about everything as she walks along with Ami. ]

So.. these enemies are different from the Dark Kingdom? And they randomly bring in people from different times.. sort of like that? And there's even a whole village full of people?!

[ action ]

We've worked hard, but so far we haven't been able to stop it.

[ action ]

[lunarities]

'We'..? Oh, you mean you and everyone else, right? [ She grins brightly at that mention - or rather, false hope. ]

Are Rei-chan and Mako-chan doing okay as well? Oh, did they get older like you too, Ami-chan?

[ action ]

Everyone's doing well.

[Usagi married to Mamoru finally, Minako winning award after award in her singing career, Mako finally opening that flower shop, Rei studying her spiritual powers, and...]
