[Out and about is one broody, moping Ceodore. The wait for Rydia and Kain to be revived is stretching on forever and he's still blaming himself for both of them, despite all the encouragement to the contrary. He finally gets the idea to try working off some frustration and angst by fighting in the Dome. He's hellbent on getting stronger, strong enough to dish out some vengence. You can catch him en route or at the Dome, setting up to fight at the strongest setting he can manage.]
