[For someone who's just spent the last month in the Malnosso's not-so-tender care, Ceodore is in remarkably good shape. They drop him off at the terribly inconvenient far side of the eastern lake in New Feather clothes, but he's otherwise quite well. Not sick, not disoriented. In fact, he can't tell a single thing is missing or wrong at all. He ( Read more... )

[At the moment Ceodore gets back, Fusoya is aware of it. Not because it's Ceodore, but because he's now full Lunarian- Fusoya hasn't sensed any Lunarians in Luceti, so the sudden appearance of one, one that is awake, at that, immediately catches his attention- enough so that he isn't about to wait to find out what's going on.

So, sometime soon after Ceodore's return, Fusoya will be teleporting out to wherever he is. As soon as he sees his great-nephew, he realizes, but he doesn't quite have the 'why.']

Ceodore?

[Blink. Teleporting is always handy, but it still manages to surprise him from time to time when people simply pop in. He bobs his head politely and waves. Don't mind the teenager raiding the fridge for something to fill his bottomless pit of a stomach.]

Hello! Oh, did you want anything?

What happened?

[Ignoring the fridge raid, because it's to be expected, with Ceodore. Fusoya is focused more on the changes to his great-nephew.]

Malnosso took me... again.

[There's a soft growl at that, since Ceodore's getting quite fed up with being their special guest.]

Selphie said it's been a month?

It has.

[He notes the growl, but doesn't comment on it. The kidnappings are deserving of it, from what he's heard.]

Do you know what they did to you?

[He shakes his head and shrugs.]

Nothing that I can tell. I still have my magic, not a kid, no stupid status effects...

They must have done something, for your human blood is gone.

[Breaking things gently? Never.]

Uh, wha- ...huh?

[Probably for the best. Ceodore's not exactly adept at reading between the lines anyway.]

Your aura is one of a full Lunarian. I cannot imagine how it might have been achieved, but it is so.

Seriously?

[Just a minute. It's taking a bit to process the implications of that change.]

I came back with it removed before. I couldn't tap into it at all. Maybe they did the opposite.

Yes. It has not been so long that I would not recognize the aura of my own people.

It may be that they did so, yes. Your magic is stronger than it was before, is it not?

Yeah, a lot. I hadn't really thought about that though.

It is certainly a good indication of what has happened- as is your appearance.

Appearance?

[Hello, Captain Oblivious. No wonder he runs around with messy hair. Never checks a mirror ever.]

Your hair and skin tone have become closer to those of a Lunarian, as well.

[A.k.a. you look like you're frozen.]

That's not so bad though. I always wanted to know more about my heritage.

...wonder how long it'll last.

[Effects never last too long.]
