Not much, to be honest with you. I had a slight cold earlier, so cleaning up after the Suzumiya fellow was a little more difficult than usual. How've you been? Well, I hope.

Suzumiya? ...Is that the Haruki guy I've heard about? I think I've seen him around between the journals and just randomly in the village. Never talked to him, though.

Otherwise, things have been... well, if you discount the grocery store attack where the flower shop was damaged, the draft, the recent murders and just the general amount of grade-A jackasses we've got hiding in the shadows, things have been... okay, I guess. When things are quiet, it's been nice.

I mean, I haven't met him for real or anything, but he probably would grate on my nerves pretty fast. I just get that vibe from him. You know what I'm trying to say? No offense to the guy, though.

And don't be sorry, Chikane. Honestly, I didn't get sent off to battle in the draft, so at most that was just worrying about a couple friends who got sent there. And we did chase off Aku after the grocery store attack, so that was a victory, at least! That's been dealt with.

He is pretty... vibrant. I can't blame you for such a feeling. To each their own.

At the very least, that is comforting. If you need any help with such a thing, don't hesitate to ask however. I can hold my own, after all.
