Roughly, The greatest pain of my departure from Europe is being separated from Ibach's wonderful grand pianos.

So lebt denn wohl! is, I think, a kind of farewell, and based on how often it turns up in sad old German folk songs probably a somewhat old-fashioned and sentimental one.
