Well, I went to the Mac Lab to doublecheck the dead access of my CDRW containing this semester's Photoshop work.
Yep, it's dead.
So I spent a couple hours taking an older version of the Leaves project that I have saved and trying to make it look as amazing as the original did. Somehow, it just doesn't look as vibrant, though I'm sure that's just my psychological response to losing the original and all that effort that makes this second attempt seem lesser in quality.
I believe I have work tomorrow, though there are no classes. I will also be arguing with the Registrar about my independent study, which is now invalid. Watch me flail about haplessly as they sneer and deny my appeal.
My period ended Friday-ish, and now I look in the mirror and feel skinnier. Oh, bloating. I hate thee...though I do enjoy the relative and instant thinness that follows. Illusionary beauty is still beauty. And yes, I'm being petulant here.
