So I've only seen one episode but I'm already in love with it. And mostly beacuse of David Morrissey. I don't like David Tennant. Want to know why? Because he litters and litterers are evil ;)

Hmmmm. Do I have a reputation? *g* And really he spends most of the series putting things in his mouth; it's a natural thing to focus on!

Interesting that you associate that picture with Brendan. I don't see any Brendan there (beyond that they're both played by DT of course). He holds himself so differently in the two roles.

Also, I wouldn't kick him out of my bed. I'm just saying...

I don't really see the association in the picture either. I think it was just the fact that it was a centered closeup shot of his face. WITH FRECKLES!!! which doctor who likes to paint over.

OMG I'm loving his real accent. *sigh*

And yes you have a reputation ;) But a very good one in my opinion.

I adore his accent here. I've noticed that it gets stronger when he's playing up his outsider status, which is usually when he's talking to Ripley, but either way it's lovely. He needs more roles where he can use his natural accent.

For me I took most of the series to warm up to Ripley. I knew nothing about Morrissey and his character just struck me as a complete asshole.

Hee. I suppose that there are worse reputations to have, and it's not like I haven't earned it.

Ripley is totally an asshole and he's soooo smarmy. I LOVE IT. I didn't really expect to since I'm not really drawn to those type of characters but he just has so much charisma. It's hard not to find him amusing.

My auntie and I just finished marathoning Blackpool and Viva Blackpool, the one-off sequel (which, sadly, is distinctly lacking in Tennant), and we're completely in love with David Morrissey now. In addition to being MORE in love with David Tennant, of course. :D

The Boots Were Made For Walking dance sequence absolutely KILLED me. Dudes, be a little more homoerotic please? Oh wait-- you CAN'T.
