Two weeks off
It feels like I've been counting the days for months now, but I finally have 2 weeks off work! Don't have any plans and we're not going anywhere, but it's fine just getting a break.
Think we may go and see Toy Story 3. Bella's seen it already but I think I'll take her to see it in 3D. She does like 3D films.
We discovered geocaching not too long ago. Don't know if you know what that is, but it's basically a treasure hunt using GPS. When you live in the north east of Scotland you can't count on ever getting good weather so you need to find ways of getting out of the house and into the fresh air even in bad weather. It doesn't cost anything, it gets Bella out walking and the dog can come too so it's ideal. Got a few caches saved ready for the next couple of weeks should it be too horrible to do anything else.
Couldn't afford to go away anywhere this year but we're definitely going back to Eurodisney next year. My parents have decided they want to go too. Have mixed feelings about that but I'm sure it'll work out fine. It also means I'll get to go on the big rides I couldn't go on last time, not that there were that many. I just hope I can save enough pennies to get there. We'll get to the Florida one eventually!
ETA: Change of plans for next year's holiday! Turned out to be cheaper to go to Florida for 2 weeks than Eurodisney. Considering Paris is only an hour flight away I don't know how that can be but who cares! We're going to Florida baby!!!
