I decided to weigh myself on Friday last week, then follow-up with a
weigh-in on Monday to show the effects of the weekends to myself. I was
hoping to reinforce my need to stay on track on the weekends if nothing
else.
The result? Monday showed a gain of 3.1lbs.
Ticked off about that, I was on track all day Monday and then weighed
myself this morning to find I was down 2.3lbs. Nearly lost all the
weight I gained over the weekend! So the plan is to stay on track like
that ALL week. So far so good, and I work a full week so I'm glad for
the structured routines that will keep me in line. My evenings this week
are filled with working on some projects for a craft faire, so working
out at after work isn't really an option. I'm going to try and fit in a
20 minute workout tomorrow, Thursday and Friday morning. I have a
downline meeting after work on Friday. We'll see how things go for us on
the weekend after that. I think I'll weigh in on Friday again, and
follow up on my usual weigh-in Monday to see if it all stayed on track.
