Random reflections
Too much is going on to accurately reflect my life right now. So I'll just put some random thoughts down and see how it goes.
Ft. Collins is beautiful in the winter, sunny, and not as cold as Minnesota.
I am currently sick - I hope I'll quickly get over this annoying sore throat/cold. It's been 5 days so far and seems to have stayed at the same place overall.
My graduate program is going well. I sometimes feel like I walk a tightrope and I have an audience cheering me on because I am doing well. However, my workload continues to increase and when I really stop to think about everything I am responsible for...(better not to think about it).
I've been making some good friends this semester. They've been with me through the happy and the sad times. So that is good.
I went on a vacation with my mom to Vegas. That was a lot of fun. I wonder where I'll next adventure will be...
I've been dancing a lot recently. I'm getting to a place in my dance where I grow weary of the level of dancers around me. I will work with beginners, but long for people who know what they are doing....not enough of them here and in Denver.
I love my apartment - if I look outside I see the mountains and a creek.
