Soooo... Update!
Finished Horry Pooter. Not gonna say much because a) it's pretty much all been said and b) Dan *will* read these books one day! >:( It's also not under a cut because if you haven't finished it yet then it's your own fault. No spoilers, I'm not mean :P
But anyway, definitely not her best book and definitely not one of my favourites. Still, I think it was quite slow and flat due to it being the lead-up to the conclusion. Couldn't really have *that* much happen in this one because it's all happening in the next one. Although, that's something I'm not too sure about. There's a LOT to happen yet, and it's all going in one book? :/ If she rushes through it I'll be sending out my first ever hate-mail ¬_¬
First look at a human side of Draco! Liked that. And the thing with Snape? Hmm... If it's true then she's done it in a bad way. If it's not then it's a very clever ruse. VERY clever.
I had no suspicions for who dies before reading the book, it could have been literally anyone. As soon as I started reading it I had two ideas and knew it had to be one of them. Dumby and Ginny. And throughout the book I kept dismissing one and entertaining the other, then swapping. But still, when it happened... :/ Like with Sirius, I still think he's coming back ¬_¬ Dammit, of all the people who should be there with Harry at the end...!! Grrrrrrr.
So yeah, I was right. Bah.
I liked it, but definitely not as much oomph in this one. It's like she just wanted to get it done and get on with the last one. Think she's bored? lol
Anyway, means I can now get back on with reading The Black Jewels Trilogy, which I'm thoroughly enjoying. 'Tis a complete pain to read because it's all three books in one, in a LARGE paperback. I hate those things! All the singles are out-of-print, though ;_; So yeah, it's the size of a big hardback but in floppy paperback style. Takes up my entire Pucca bag O_o Is very good, though, highly recommended.
Work news... there is none. Currently temping, but they've messed me about and it hasn't been regular work (same company, not the agency's fault for once). Finished now, so fingers crossed I get something next week!
My sister's pregnant again, not sure if I mentioned it. She had her scan yesterday, found out it's a girl ^_^ One of each, the eldest being the boy, just how I always imagined my family would be when I was a kid! Then again, I was going to name them Peter and Jennifer... Hey, I was like... 6! It's what I called my babydolls, too ¬_¬ (P.S. Nothing wrong with the names Peter or Jennifer, but if you know me now you'll know how funny it is. *likes the name Nathanial* ...

Finally finished decorating the little bedroom! :D :D What a bitch that room was. Took no time at all to paint, but damn they made such a mess of it! Take off the wallpaper and bam! lookit the mess the builders tried to cover up! Gits. When we're 'better off' we'll get it completely re-plastered, but for now it'll have to do. Gots the TV and PS2 set up already :D PCs next, when we have another extension lead ^^; Too much power in this house.
I am POOR! lol Soooooo poor. Like, £30 until I get paid from this job, and then that's going straight towards our holiday in August. Like I told Louise, if I don't get a proper job beforehand, then at Aya we'll be surviving on the kindness of others ¬_¬ I can't even afford to get my hair cut, how bad is that?? That's when you feel like crap, when your hair is a tangled mess and you know you can't do anything about it apart from watch it get worse. Sad. I think I may just have to swipe £15 of the holiday money so I can get it cut before Aya, otherwise I'll go insane. SAD!
