Art Rec - Scorpius/Rose
I've been dabbling in the Scorpius/Rose pairing off & on, and I am in the smrw_ficafest for the second year. My Harry/Ginny (& Ron/Hermione, but let's face facts, it's 95% H/G) commitments have led me elsewhere, so I don't have a lot of time to sample the goodies in Scorpius/Rose. This is really a goodie. (And it's WORKSAFE!) I am not the gift recipient, but I wanted to pass on the loveliness/cuteness to you all.

I'm quite taken with this piece, and it is tempting to write a ficlet for it. I don't know what specifically draws me in; perhaps the vibrant colors, the innocent, carefree tone, the pairing, or maybe everything all wrapped up together. But it's quite a treat for the eyes.
My gift is a sweet PG-13 fic called Lesson of Your Life. It depicts S/R as Hogwarts students as we begin to see hints of their blossoming romance. The Rose characterization is very good. Scorpius is a sly little devil, too! Check it out! :D
