I actually managed to tackle the yard work before it rained. Huzzah for me!
The sucky thing about mowing the lawn is that the lawnmower wouldn't start, so I had to use the weedwhacker. I'd never used one before. It was odd, because it vibrates. For an hour afterwards, I could feel my hands trembling and vibrating on their own. The nerves would not calm down, it was almost like static electricity or like my fingers had become tuning forks. The slightest touch set them off. Finally I just had to try typing, hoping that it would be like when my foot falls asleep and I don't want to step on it, because it will hurt, but I do it anyway because the blood flow needs to be restored. If you could have seen my hands, they were shaking. That made editing stories a real bitch.
