Both zombies and werewolves turn those they bite into their own kind, but what happens if a zombie bites a werewolf (or vice versa)? Does it become one or the other? Or does it become both - zombie that changes in the full moon??

It's possible that the bites of zombies and werewolves transfer retroviruses which incorporate into the host DNA. If this is true, this insertion wouldn't overwrite any of the existing DNA, which means that zombification of a werewolf doesn't remove the werewolf aspect, and wolfing of a zombie doesn't remove the zombie aspect. Also, because the characteristics of both kinds of creatures are so different, it's not likely that the DNA codes for any of the same proteins in the formation of the vital attributes of both creatures, so there shouldn't be any resource competition, meaning that the zombie and wolf natures should not be in conflict with one another and can coexist in the same creature without any problem.
