New goals - starting again

Started my day in a lousy way. My weight jumped 7 lbs from Tuesday morning and, theoretically at least, I've been watching what I eat. But I haven't been drinking enough of anything, let alone water. I see my GI doc on Monday to discuss test results and "officially" start a weight loss regime so now seems like a good time to get some goals in order.

GOALS

PHYSICAL
1. Lose at least 15 lbs. by October 24
2. Get married on October 24
3. Lose at least 40 more lbs. by next October
4. Increase muscle tone (well, technically FIND muscles to tone)
5. Increase cardio stamina - use elliptical bike at least 3 times per week
6. Work on fencing every week even if I don't get to practice
7. Start re-learning tai chi routine
8. Drink at least 6 glasses of real water per day (soda doesn't count)
9. Cut back to no more than one 16 oz. bottle of diet pop per day

PSYCHOLOGICAL
1. Write again (use LiveJournal if all else fails)
2. Do art for fun instead of just for scrolls
3. Practice playing guitar
4. Start bellydancing again
