So. My sis and her hubby still did not get to close on their house. The landlord said their stuff could stay through tomorrow, but things got nixed so late that their electricity was turned off in their apartment and transferred to the new house they can't close on...so right now they are hauling all of the stuff in their fridge up the street to my mom's house. Thank goodness she only lives a mile away! The furniture that they were having delivered couldn't be canceled again so late, so no matter what, that is going to get delivered somewhere tomorrow. Whether or not they will have to turn around and move/store it I have no idea. They were given a "50% chance" of closing tomorrow. Whatever you do, wherever you are, apparently you should stay far far away from a place called "Wholesale Mortgage of Michigan." I've never fucking heard of it, have no idea how they ended up with them, but they suck just as bad if not worse than the opne we had to deal with! Our moving situation was bad enough, but I cannot imagine being 8 months pregnant. She's due in 26 days, she needs to live SOMEWHERE!!! I wonder if there is someone they can sue???
I made it through my lovely Endoscopy...they took biopsies as usual, so I won't know those results for a bit, but they did give me some oh-so-lovely pix of my insides and informed me that I do, indeed, have an ulcer in the lower third of my esophagus. Yippee! It finally happened, I finally have an ulcer! It seemed inevitable. So now I have a prescription for Protonix. Hopefully I can keep it from getting any worse. Oh, every day gets more and more lovely...
Since I was woozy and starving, Ry took me out for a late lunch at the Chinese place we had our first date at...so here is a pic of that place:)
And, I thought you would all be overjoyed to see where I am stuck at least 8 hours a day...I was nice and didn't take any pictures of anything nasty...just be happy you can't smell pictures through your computer screen! Also, as you look at these, remember that we have NO AIR CONDITIONING, so the smelli stwice as bad as one could imagine...and also remember the mean mean people. Feel bad for me.
For reference in this pic: each small bucket holds 50lbs of laundry to the top of the rim, so you can imagine what the ones overflowing weigh. From your left to right against the back wall, the buckets hold as follows: #1-Biohazard and stuff that has been shit and puked and bled all over. #2: Towels and facecloths. #3: Sheets, pillowcases, and johnnies. #4; fitted sheets and bath blankets. #5-heavy blankets and comforters.
Don'tcha wanna come to work with meeeeeeeeeeeee?
I am COVERED in mosquito bites. COVERED! If I don't have 75 bites on me, I don't have one! Not to mention the simple fact that I have an allergy to mosquito bites, so I am covered in hard red welts that are hot to the touch and not only itch like a mofo but sting!!!I even have a bite near my nipple, for crying out loud!
Lastly I think my body is trying to start my first period since the miscarriage. On Monday last week I noticed that my nips were sore, I was a bit bloaty and cranky, like PMS. Then about Wednsday I felt some cramps, and I did have a few spots of blood here and there. I just wish it would do something definitive, so I could feel more normal again.
So yeah, I guess nothing is quite right, and mostly right now I am pretty physically miserable. Dunno what else to tell you. Wish I had some fun happy news, but not really. Though I will be nice and leave you with a pic of the squirrel who greeted us outsode the kitchen wondow before we left for the doctor this morning:
