A fire and a virus XD
Yesterday, as I was on the bus on my way home, I got the news from the driver that a junkyard place right down the road from where I live was on fire (she even pointed in the direction of my town and you could see all the black and orange smoke!). I believe it was called Fischer's Auto (which sounds like a car dealership, but it wasn't). I was like "What's on fire?" O.o Because I've never really been there before, therefore I didn't know its name. The fire was huge, and you could see the smoke all the way from the town that the college is at. There were huge planes (for putting out the fire) flying overhead my place and there were a ton of traffic on my road (which normally there isn't much). It was quite different from the normal, average day here. XD I have a feeling people were just driving by to gawk at it (or there was a detour, I'm not sure).
And just found out this morning that apparently it was because of some teenagers shooting off fireworks in the area. When on the bus just this afternoon, we drove by it. The area was all black. (obviously!) I'm just so relieved that it didn't come near our land!
And some other lovely news: the computers here at the college had a nasty virus. It seems to be okay now, but many couldn't even get into the computers because of it.
