I Have Been Thundered Upon!
It is common this time of year for thunderstorms in the evening here but for the last two nights they have been severe. Last night's storm had house-shaking thunder and ground-striking lightning. When that happens my power goes on and off and on and off. It makes playing on the computer & watching television a challenge. I usually just turn off and unplug my computer because it's just not worth losing everything (yes, I have surge-supressors but I've seen enough of them fail not to trust them).
It's kind of frustrating when I've been busy at work all day and really looking forward to coming home and play on the internet AND I CAN'T.
Hopefully tonight I will be able to reply to comments and comment to posts I've been trying to comment to. Wish me luck.
