Buster? The Guy Who Thought That The Blue On The Map Was Land?
1. I am trying to stay awake tonight. My sister bought a puppy last night (name still to be determined) and the poor little thing has been sick ever since. The disease we think it has (the name of which I’m currently blanking out on) is apparently fatal in many/most cases. Eep. Sis is taking it to a 24 pet hospital at the moment and I'm supposed to stay up in case she needs someone. *Tries to stifle yawn.*
I hope the pup is okay because honestly, this thing is adorable.

Also, having your new dog die after only 24 hours of your purchase? Kind of downer.
2. Am watching the first disc of Arrested Development. LOVE! So funny. Will definitely be watching the rest of season 1 ASAP.

That was quite possibly the best season finale I’ve ever watched. Everyone is doing “OMGWTF” posts about the episode and I will do that as well, but on the forums. This post is just some random observations plus a few predictions on what might happen in season 2.
- I think next season might be a complete polar opposite of this one. Keith and Veronica’s reputation will no doubt be restored and the Kane family is going down because of their evidence tampering. Likewise, the Echolls are pretty much extinct. Only Logan (oh and Tina too) remain and his family has so much scandal surrounding them now it’d be impossibly for anyone in town to let it go. As a result of their families wrong doings I can almost see Duncan and Logan being the outcasts of the school next year and Veronica and Wallace (who has already been mostly accepted by the school because of basketball) being on top of the social pyramid.
- The Logan/Veronica shipper in me really wants Logan to be the one at the door, but my money is on it being Wallace. It is the only one that makes sense considering the circumstances. Wallace would definitely go check up on Veronica after his mom suddenly leaves in the middle of the night to see Keith in the hospital. BFFs and all. The only other person I can think of is Leo (since he’d know what transpired right away), but I really hope it isn’t him for a number of reasons. I suppose Duncan could be a possibility as well, I just don’t see her visiting her so shortly after his father’s arrest. Wallace and Veronica are now closer than ever so it’d make sense for her to be happy/relieved to see him. She definitely needs someone to talk to after the night she had.
-Although Logan is currently on the brink of death (by suicide or a vengeful leader of a biker gang) I don’t think that he will die. Logan has just become such a huge and interesting character on the show and I can’t see Rob getting rid of him any time soon. That said though, the boy is going to have a lot of issues to deal with in season 2.
It just really hasn’t been his year, has it? He loves a girl who doesn’t love him back and is cheating on him with a number of other guys (including his own father). His mother commits suicide due to his father’s cheating ways. As a result of his mother’s death, Logan bonds with Veronica and is able to find some sort of happiness again only to have it blow up in his face because she doesn’t trust him. And, oh yeah. His father also killed his ex-girlfriend (and he doesn’t even know about that yet, ouch). *Hugs Logan despite the fact that he is only a fictional character.*
- Speaking of Logan (damn I love that boy), if he does survive the bridge incident I really have to wonder what will become of him. He isn’t 18 yet (…right?) so who will he stay with? Since Alyson Hannigan’s appearance is still in question I doubt he’d live with Trina. I don’t see the Kane’s taking him in. For obvious reasons of course. The Mars’…now that’d be awesome but yeah, again completely doubtful. I’m going to guess he’d stay with Dick and Beaver’s family…oh, wait. Dick is pretty much dead to him because he is dating Veronica. Wait, no. No more dating so maybe they’ll be friends again…? I’ll just wait and see.^^

P.S. Is anyone else kind of sad that we’ll probably not see Lilly at all next season?
