Viva la Iguana!

I was in downtown San Jose this last weekend, down by the Convention Center. So, as I always do when I'm down there, I bemoaned the loss of my favorite taqueria, Iguanas. That place had very good food, very fast, very cheap -- $10 once bought me more than I could eat, and my capacity is not inconsiderable. Wonderful guacamole, good carne asada,

Awesome. I always loved the place as well. Iguanas was perfect con food for all the reasons you mentioned. Although it was a bit of a drive from the Receding Sheep Terrace, for WorldCon it was easy to get to. It's obviously also perfect college food and I seem to recall that upstairs in the same building was a comic shop which makes it even better.

I doubt I'll have any reason to be down in San Jose anytime soon, but if I do I'll need to stop by.
