Voting and stuff
Let's start with the stuff:
You can tell I've run out of things to say when I start mentioning Tom Cruise.
Buuuuuuuuut yeah. Only a few more weeks of school, am looking for a new job this summer, and hoping that some clerical error fixes all my grades to 'A's cause that's the only way I'm gonna get accepted to Oxford (which isn't my life dream... well, it'd be awesome, but everyone's under the impression I'll just get it and it's all BLEH XD)
Annnd voting.
It was, in England, yesterday, the time for the local elections and European elections. I don't really understand all of it myself (so forgive me if I get it wrong or am not clear), but basically, in the local elections, you vote in someone to represent your constituency (I am in Nottinghamshire) and the European one votes in the MEP for your area. I think.
But the whole point of this really is: I fucking hate the BNP.
Like, I hope Nick Griffin just keels over. Right now. I mean, bunch of racist fuckers! And they're even allowed to go on about it (God knows why!) - I read one page of their European Manifesto before I switched off IE - otherwise I'd've thrown my laptop at the wall.
They just - grrr. They don't appear to understand that you can't call anyone truly 'English' or 'British' because the whole point of being 'British' is that we're a nation of people who were continually invaded up to 1066 and have such mixed genes that you probably couldn't find a genuine 'British' person if you tried! I mean, God, the blonde hair/blue eyes image they portray is from the fucking Vikings!
Just. They need to shut. The. Fuck. Up. Like, now. What gets me even more is that this guy wrote an article on Yahoo about why people shouldn't vote for the BNP (and I suppose it was a bit rose-tinted, because we majorly fucked up in history - I know, I've studied it) and the fucking IDIOTS were going, "Well, I'm going to vote for the BNP because they get British jobs for British people."
OH I'M FUCKING SURE YOU'D LIKE TO DO THE JOBS SOME OF THE PEOPLE WHO COME ACROSS HERE DO! ¬¬ Fuckers.

- I have found delicious. I love it. I'm bookmarking all of the fics I have to hand atm, and then am searching for some more :D
- I'm going to see Star Trek for a third time on Wednesday, I believe. Can't resist the lovely Spork love.
- Speaking of which, a fucking plot bunny bit me on the fucking hand. Fucker.
- I have only one exam left! (Which I'm not revising for because of point 3)
- I decided last week it would be a good idea to work all day tomorrow. (As in, 9 - 6) It was not.
- I've had another freak out about what I want to do at university and am not sure if I've made the right choices :/
- I watched Minority Report the other day. It was freaky. But still good (to say it had Tom Cruise in it).
