Yeah, read up on the forums, but I didn't exactly get what was going on, thanks for telling me! I was really curious.
People just can't seem to grasp the idea that anyone can ship anything> when it comes to fandoms, no matter how different they are, oh well D/B is still hot :3
Besides although I understand that LJ is making a fair love triangle, she did pair up S/E in the original series right? I doubt an author can change their mind for something as importan as a pairing after their child of a book has been made up, so I just call it stalling for now~
This is just like a fandom that I love(Macross Frontier). The main guy and girl where beeing paired up in odd situations and the third character showed up and the producers kept her there since she was so popular. Eventually for the movie remake of the series, the third characters was added to every scene the main guy and girl originaly shared in the series to make it fair for the fandom, a fair equal ltriangle. But I think it's pretty obvious who was meant to be, although the majority of the fandom likes the main guy and the third girl :\ The two main characters shared the more understanding intimate scenes where else, the main guy and the third girl just shared akward scenes. Just like D/B, the way Bonnie thinks of Damon changes and her thinking towards him get's deep, so I think we're heading somewhere good :)

As for Spike/Willow, I'm kinda late when it comes to tv. series. I never really did watch tv. shows when I was younger. lame I know, I just got started watching the X-Files last summer lol, so I wouldn't really know anything about the fandom, sorry ;(
