Valentine's Day is a little less than two weeks away. What a difference a year makes, indeed...! I wonder if there will be anything interesting this year, too, for that matter. Surprises are always welcome, unless they are the unpleasant sort of surprise.

My energies are all out of line; I don't think I've been sleeping well lately at all.
