movie night solo
Tonight I rented some movies, Pride and Prejudice and War and Peace. The latter was boring and I shut it off shortly into it. I should have expected such a long book to make a boring movie, though Audrey Hepburn played Natasha Rostova. I still loved the book though.
Pride and Prejudice on the other hand was so wonderful. I think it was nearly 5 hours long and I loved every minute of it. What an enchanting story. I'm going to have to get the book and read it now because I'm sure it's even better. Oh, that Colin Firth...goodness me, he's lovely.
I wish I could live in that time period in Europe. Wear nice long dresses all day and curl my hair. I'd want to be just like Elizabeth Bennett.
