I obviously just posted, but I was excited and felt the need to post:
I FINALLY CAUGHT MY FIRST SHINY POKEMON
I gave up on Sudowoodo so I just caught a normal one and continued into Ecruteak. I went in Burned Tower, and was walking around looking for a Magmar and avoiding battles. A Koffing comes up. It's all blue purple and a shiny ring came around it. ...Then like 10 seconds later I realized, "Oh hey, that's not normal-- OH WAIT A SHINY 8D" So yeah. I was afraid to even attack so I just threw and Ultra Ball at it XD. This is the first one I've ever caught so it's exciting C:
And I worked out my team finally. Switched Flaaffy for Poliwag. :D
