Pride, bloody hell.

I was at Helsinki Pride a week ago, and we ran into lindbad & co. They were rather surprised to see us there and at some point lorem said to me something like "So you decided to come watch gay people party?" For some reason that stuck to me and only later (after we'd gone our separate ways, of course) I realized why. It sounded like I was the other, the one who doesn't belong there and had just come watch the monkeys in the zoo.

I came to the Pride to take part in the Pride, as one member of the LGBT community.

I dislike labels and in general have thought talking of my sexuality is only relevant to people who I'm sleeping with. It's quite possible I've never actually mentioned it to any of you and especially considering that the two long relationships I've had happened to be with men, it's easy to consider me straight.

I identify myself as bisexual.

I've had crushes on women, perhaps even to a point of falling in love, but it's never worked out to a real relationship. I've been in bed with a woman and that was awesome. And in general, I have, can and will find some women attractive.

It's not really necessary to publish these details in my opinion to 'qualify' as bisexual and it might be TMI for some of you, but I wanted to say that too. Not as justification, but so I've actually once said these things clearly.

Perhaps it's following the Pride spirit to out myself publicly ^^.
