Happy New Year!
Tonight we'll be having vegan chocolate mousse:
400 g (ca 14, 1 ounces) silk tofu
150 g (ca 5,3 ounces) dark chocolate
4 g (ca 0,14 ounces; 2 bags) agar agar
a dash of whiskey (I used Arrack as usual)
2 tbs sugar
I used more chocolate just to get it brown, but I'd say you need double the amount to get a good rich flavour.
* melt the chocolate
* mix the tofu and agar agar (dissolved in a bit of water)
* add the other ingredients and mix
* put in the fridge for a couple of hours
