Honestly, in my opinion, you don't have to; I know people who simply said, after playing P4 "What the hell is P3?"

Persona 3: Portable will be on the PSP in July. It's basically a port of the game that was released prior to Persona 4.

Yeah, I think I heard about that one and assumed that all other games for it would be on the PSP? Idek
