Ah! Sorry about that. New residents can see what's going on in each other's weather bubbles, be it in person or over the CATs.

So, for example, if Xion looks at Brax, she'll see his personal weather bubble the way it really is, just hanging over him? But all around him, it'll look like Xion's weather bubble?

So if Xion's got a rainy weather bubble and Brax has a sunny one, it'll look like there's this patch of sunshine all around him even though it's raining everywhere else?

It's a matter of perspective, but yes, it's just like as you describe in your scenario! So to Brax, he'd see everything oppositely. :)

What happens when characters with weather bubbles meet?

As in the Brax-Xion example above, if Brax in the sunny bubble came over to shake hands with Xion in the rainy bubble, will Brax get wet? Will Xion get some relief in the sun?

Actually, it won't! We'd thought about that in the planning of this plot, but in the end, we decided against it because it'd get really, really complicated weather-wise, and we didn't want to have people look up what sort of thing might happen if A and B met, or what would happen if C joined in the mix. For example, what if one person with a hot temperature bubble met with one with a low temperature bubble? It'd create an entirely new weather scenario for the pair of them as now the weather conditions could become perfect for a tornado to form.

So, instead, it'll only look as though Brax was getting wet, but in reality, he'd still be experiencing things from his own weather bubble.

About the Neptune sundial moving when lightning flashes, how is it moving?
Is it rotating to face another direction? Switching arms that it's holding the trident with? Doing jumping jacks? (j/k about that last one, but you never know... XD)

Its range of motion is limited. You might see it looking around, waving a hand, stretching its limbs, or even lifting its trident, but nothing more extensive than that.
