We found a possible new place.
We haven't been offered it yet, but they are calling our current landlord today and they should have only good things to say. Here lies the dilemma, the place is amazing, everything we're looking for in a property, but the location is shitty. It's outside the city and has no view, which are things that are important to us. But at the same time it is immaculate, HUGE, in our price range and yayaya. SO what do we do??
We've been pondering it all night and still keep going back and forth. Might drive up there this morning to see it again in the daytime, but not sure if that will help the decsion making...
