Last night/this morning I got home from Maata Näkyvissä! (Land ahoy!) It's Finland's/Scandinvia's/Europe's biggest gospel music festival held in Turku. This was my fourth time there. I'm drop dead tired but happy. I love the athmosphere in the festival, everyone's cheering for every performer, no one's drunk, music is good if not awesome... Besides, I often feel like I'm the only Christian kid in Finland (over exaggeration?) but those 15 000 people over and under my age taking part in the communion prove me wrong every time. (:
MAATA NÄKYVISSÄ!
Obviously, I had to do festival nails for me and Lissu.
Lissu wants to be part of the Movember movement too!
I did the same design for me and Lissu. The colours are the same but my base colour is the white I used to make curls for Lissu. These nails were a bit of an accident ("Hmmm, could I use this brush for nail art?") but I like how they turned out. (: Lissu's nails remind me of Christmas, I guess I'll have to make a similar design closer to Holidays. :D Btw, I didn't paint my nails for like... three weeks? Now I feel complete again!
The colours I used and my base coat. I really love the white one, it has a golden tone to it. And the red is a very strong and bright one, a lovely colour as well. The blurry stick is my brush.
Something I bought from the festival: a CD by Switchfoot! (The title of this entry is from their song Easier Than Love.) The picture is a crappy on but I couldn't turn the off. >: Most of my friends have developed a symbiosis with their cameras and yet here I am, knowing nothing about photography and hoping to have at least one good shot... I have to do something about this situation. :p
Because all my entries have a mention about Glee I have to tell you that Mash-off was a great episode! Santana's story line made me weep like a sad little panda. >'': First episodes of season three didn't convince me but now I feel like Glee has gotten a grip and is slowly turning great again. Well, as great as it can be in all it's randomness. :D Nah, random is why I love Glee!
