haha swim lessons in the evening is finally over! yay! my last class i
have these four 10 year-old boys. after class, they wanted me to do my
"best trick" off the diving board.
so i thought, i'll show them! so i'm thinking a front flip is a good idea. so, i go ahead and begin my front flip off the board, but realize that i didn't get enough air. so my front flip = a back flop. ouch. but the kids liked it. "it was really loud, but not a very big spash." the lifeguards applauded my efforts- everytime someone does a flop, the clap. i got a round of applause as well as some laughs. i climbed out of the pool and hobbled back to the gaurd shack with a sore back.
hahaha. cracked me up.
i miss all of these people and more.
