If I am granted a week off from work, I will go to Charleston with my parents in early August. This vacation will overlap my and Paul's six-month anniversary. What to give him? Here are my ideas:
1. a tie clip
2. a monogrammed tie clip
3. a leather-bound book
4. tickets to a concert
He's met Herbie Hancock and a few other famous jazz musicians, so I don't want to take him to a concert unless I know that a) it will be wonderful and unforgettable or b) he will meet somoene famous.
5. a scrapbook
6. a picture of us
7. a miraculous medal
8. nice Rosary beads
9. some other medal
