Trek Cookies!
But first, the picture I forgot to post yesterday!
Kirk and Scotty rocking out horizontally to "Star Trekkin" in my car. Alexander chose to stay aloof.
And the cookies I made! I cut them out from the dough I made yesterday and iced them this morning. This was the first time that I'd tried the "flooding" technique and I think they turned out quite well. I will use a different icing recipe next time, however, because this one did not harden the way I expected it to. I'm taking these up to Berkeley with me tomorrow for my bff to celebrate the end of her summer school class!
