So, after months of neglect, I'll give you a list of the things that have changed, just for good measure:
-No Babies!
-I did meet someone though, and yeah I love him, and yeah he's great, and yeah I never thought this could happen
-Speaking of relationships, I've recognized and neutralized the ones that were destroying me. (I'm looking at *you* booze)
-Working two (shitty) jobs, and will possibly be taking on a third
-I'm not a black belt yet, but I'm almost there, dammit. A rank and a half to go.
-My hair is long again
-I've gotten back into sewing
-I'm happy with my weight, even though I'm still well above where I'm told I should be. I eat healthy, I work out regularly, I'm incredibly strong and flexible, I'm ok with the chubby bits. No, really!
-I'm a naturalist. Naturalist is P.C. speak for nudist in nature. About once a week, a few of my friends and I head to a secluded little lake, and hang out. Usually there's a picnic. And a bunch of strangers. Aforementioned someone I met is on the board of directors for said organization.
-I'm not graduated yet. Even though I should be. However, I do think I've earned a doctorate in fucking up and and not giving up.
-I'm only taking one class in the fall - Old Russian Literature
-I've calmed down. A lot. I'm not going so far to say I'm zen, but I'm on my way. In any case, I'm closer to the universe.
-This does not mean I've found God.
-I'm a damn good cook.
-I'm living with three incredible kids. They're all nuts. But we've got a good thing going.
-I've lost my cell phone no less than four times since my last post (not the one this morning, the one before that)
-I've started, and stopped, writing several times more than that. I'm currently in a writing phase.
-I live in a house with three bedrooms and a wood floor. HUUUGE backyard. No heating or air conditioning. Rent is currently $150 a month. It's manageable.
-I just lost our cat.
-And the game.
