Picspam: 1x01 The Dragon's Call [Part 1]
Please stand by. This is my first picspam (that's cut). Its of, well, The Dragon's Call episode of Merlin. It's kind of reallyyy long, as its basically every quote of the show with a nice little picspam and comment. But take a look, yeah?
Great Dragon: No young man, no matter how great, can know his destiny. He cannot glimpse his part in the great story that is about to unfold. Like everyone, he most live and learn. And so it will be for the young warlock arriving at the gates of Camelot. A boy that will in time father a legend. His name….Merlin.
cut to opening theme. I could so see it coming

Merlin first enters, thinking, “This looks interesting.”
King Uther declares magic banned on penalty of death. Merlin goes, “Wait, what?”
The poor man gets beheaded. Merlin thinks, “Ouch.”
King Uther: When I came to this land, this kingdom was mired in chaos. But with the people’s help, magic was driven from the realm. SO I declare a festival, to celebrate the twenty years since the Great Dragon was captured, and Camelot was free of sorcery. Let the celebrations begin.
Random lady: *dramatic sob* There is only one evil in this world, and it is not magic. It is you. With your hatred. Your ignorance. You killed MY SON. I promise, before the celebrations are over, you will share my tears. An eye for a eye, a tooth for a tooth. A son for a son.
Uther: (oh crap. another crazy lady trying to bring down my kingdom. No wait- she's the first)Seize her!
*The witch disappears in a dramatic rush of wind*
Phew, we almost lost Gauis before the show started! Thank goodness for Merlin and his glowy eyes.
Speaking of those glowy eyes? Nggh. They're just gorgeous.
Gauis: What did you just do?
Merlin: Um….
Gauis:Tell me!
Merlin:I-I have no idea what happened.
Gauis:If anyone had seen that-
Merlin:No…no that wasn’t me-
Gauis:I know what it was. I just want to know where you learned how to do it.
Merlin:Nowhere!
Gauis:So how is it that you know magic?
Merlin:I don’t!
Gauis:Where did you study?
*pause*
Gauis: ANSWER ME!
Merlin:I-I’ve never studied magic or been taught.
Gauis:Are you lying to me, boy?
Merlin:What do you want me to say?
Gauis:The truth.
Merlin: I was born like this.
Gauis: that's impossible!
Morgana's feeling a little iffy...
Uther: Morgana, what is this. Why are you not joining is at the feast?
Morgana: I just don’t think chopping someone’s head off is a cause for celebration.
Morgana: That poor mother.
Uther: It was simple justice for what he’d done.
Morgana: To whom? He practiced magic, he didn’t hurt anyone.
Uther: You will be with me when I greet Lady Helen.
Morgana: I told you, I want no part of these things-
Uther: I’m you’re guardian. I expect you to do as I ask. If you show me no respect, at least respect our finest singer.
Poor Lady Helen.
