Critics of Ms. Pac-man have branded her a sell-out for not being named Pac-Woman. Which. Is. Insane. Alright, because first of all, Pac-man comes from the Japanese fable Pacmon about a creature that protects sleeping children from monsters by eating them. So, just having the name pac-man doesn't ipso facto make you masculine, any more than having the name poki-mon makes you... jamaican.
