(no subject)
Ohh... haven't posted in a while. Anyhow, life has been hectic. Just had an interview for a work-study position with a post-doc fellow today, and then he emails me and tells me the prof wants to interview me as well. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not. I didn't think the interview went that well. And he thought I talked too fast. So, no day has been set for the interview with the prof, but it's sometimes next week. I really don't know what more is there to talk about. And I really hope the post-doc won't be there, cause that'll just make it really awkward.
I know I shouldn't be blogging right now seeing as how I have a test Friday. And I need to do well since I'm doing my Independent Project for the same prof! It'll look kinda bad if I do horrible on the test. And yeah, today's lecture was taught by one of the grad students, since the prof is in Finland. The lecture material was actually something she worked on so I basically knew what was going on. And she pointed me out and asked me about a detail from of the studies that she forgot. It was a bit embarrassing, but I don't think anyone really noticed since I didn't know the answer so I just shook my head, and she doesn't speak very loud to begin with. Although my friend noticed, but he already knew I know her. Anyway, I should be off to study some more.
