My Old Self!
Hi, Y'all! Well, today I've felt much more like my old self. The blues seem to have all gone, hooray! Let's hope they stay gone! Another part of my old self is back too, in that I now feel much more like spending lots more time with people, not being a recluise, and thanks to my new headset, I can do it in comfort.
So, woke up around eight-thirty, wandered into the den, as I call my big living area, read the mail, and then took a skype call from Rory. I hadn't spoken to him for an age, so we had a lot of catching up to do. Things are going really well for him, he's done his first studio session, and I'm thrilled to bits for him.
Anyway, after that I had a msn then a skype chat with Fleurette. Another person I'd neglected shockingly! Some more friends dinged at me while this was going on, and soon it was getting disgracefully late, and I needed to get in the shower! So I did, then got coffee and toast, then hit VT, with Lynn and Fleurette. We had a very nice afternoon. About three the niggly little headache I'd been bothered with all day began to get annoying, so I dropped off the chat circuit and took some painkilers. Then I got skyped by a friend of The Dream's, then by theDream himself, and so my little jaw's been flapping away busily ever since, with a break for some excellent Pasta with Carbonara sauce. A simple and very nice day, I've enjoyed every minute, so far!
