Title: I'm the Best
Pairing:OnKey<3
Rating: IDK like PG-13 for this one
Summary: It's time for Jjong and Key to battle it out
Tidbit: It's not very like fluffy yet or smutty but trust me I'm getting there. Yeah if you didn't notice I don't really have a title for this yet so any suggestions would be cool (I just named it after the song i was listening to at the time). I don't personally think I'm the best, that's just the name of the song. I feel a bit weird cause when i was writing this i listened to I'm the best but when i was typing it i listened to irreversible by Gain so i wasn't sure which song to use. Maybe next time i'll go for irreversible. But in retrospect irreversible does make this chapter seem more epic.
“So where’s my money Key” Jjong asked bluntly.
“That’s Key to you” Key said, causing Jjong to raise an eyebrow. “Oh sorry about that, it’s kind of a reaction now”, Key tried to explain without mentioning Jinki.
“Anyway…” Jjong started as he began walking towards Key “I’m going to need my money Key and I’m going to need it now”.
“Well I don’t have it right now” Key replied, his hands still securely placed on his hips.
“Well, if you don’t have my money, you’ll just have to pay me in another way” he said as he began to run his hand up and underneath Key’s shirt.
Key immediately slapped Jjong in the face causing the landlord to remove his hand from under Key’s shirt.
“I may have done that once, but I’ll never do that again” Key said as tears began to well up in his eyes.
Angry and still holding his face, Jjong began yelling at Key. “Ok Key fine, but that was your last chance. This time you’re gone. Grab your stuff, hand over your key and get out”.
“Fine” Key began yelling back, “I’m out of here”. He threw the key at Jjong and then continued “and you can keep my stuff, because I’ve got a new guy who’s going to by me whatever I want”.
Before Jjong had a chance to question him, Key stormed out of the apartment and started walking towards Jinki’s.
In the midst of all of the commotion, Key finally began to calm down. He had made it outside of Jinki’s apartment building before he realized what he had done.
‘Wait a second, what is Jinki going to think when I just randomly end up back at his place. He’ll probably think I’m trying to get his money, even though I am, and banish me from his home or even worse; call me unfashionable.’ Key’s skin became cold, just the thought of anyone insulting his fashion ability even in the slightest bit, sent shivers down Key’s spine.
‘I know’ Key began pacing back and forth ‘I’ll use his key to get in to the apartment and then sleep in the cabinet underneath the sink. Then when he leaves in the morning I’ll gather up his things, sell them, make money, by myself a new place and Jinki would never know I was there’. That Idea was the best, key concluded, even though he could hear something in the back of his head telling him not to hurt Jinki.
Key walked into the building and went straight for the elevator. Inside of it, he began to praise himself by singing 2ne1’s I’m the best. “Neaga jeil jal naga” Key began singing as he pushed the button for Jinki’s floor.
Key was excited; things finally seemed to be going good for him. “bam ratata tatatata” Key sung as he removed the Key from his back pocket.
As he began trying to fit the key into the lock, Key realized that it wasn’t working. He removed the key to see if he had put it in upside down and then screamed “OH MY GOD” and it wasn’t because he was up to that part in the song. Key also didn’t scream because he realized that the door knob was beginning to turn from inside of Jinki’s apartment. No, in fact Key screamed ‘OH MY GOD’ because in that moment he realized, he had thrown the wrong key and Jjong.
