Thank you for your kind offer, but the problem with what I've written is that there are parts missing, like words and joining parts - like I write by writing out an image/idea/piece of dialogue in whole pretty much perfect (or my wonky version of perfect), and then have to scrabble up with the connections between them, and it's like that. Most of its already been filled in though by now (I've been writing/editing/reediting all of this for soooo long), and only a little remains, nothing too heavy - like I said I got it done in about an hour and a half last time, but then livejournal deleted/disregarded all my edits when I pressed post :( and I was too wearied to do it again straight away.
Although another thing is that to be perfectly honest the last time I worked with a beta it was such a lolsome failiure that I've not been inclined to work with one again - I have no idea what I'm writing or why half the time, and so it makes it hard to communicate with someone else about the writing of it - lol my previous beta once asked me what I was trying to say with a piece of writing that I'd sent her so that she could help me say it better and yeah I drew a total blank on what I was trying to say because I don't write with planning or intention its just my mind just spills itself so I was like waaaah?? I don't know.
LOLFAIL!!!
Yeah Brooke is exactly like that, very funny indeed, but alot of people really don't like you laughing at someone they respect/like if my experience of music fandom is anything to go by.
I hope your brother's visit went ok.
