I did a painting. The first finished painting I've ever done...HOORAY. It's really not as unmpossible as it seems - I've been scairt of painting for sometime see. I need to keep this arting up I could be so much better by now. Oh and this is a combination of about 3 different pictures from magazines....she has Fern Cotton's hurr for christs sake ( Read more... )

Thank you. I bought nice teeny tiny brushes to get the detail in. I am very sad that it looks like I did it in watercolour pencils though because that would have been so much easier.

Tankies dahrwing. I'm not really a painter per se this is the first painting I've actually finished. Hopefully I will paint more though.

Thanks. Yeah I am so easily distracted that even though I have oceans of time I rarely get round to it. It's a shame really because you know the only way you're going to improve is through practice. Once I get started on it I'm quite obsessive but it's that initial focus that is hard to come by.
