Day 22 - a song that you listen to when you’re sad the truth of this is born out by previous entries, "Ricordo di Henriette" by Nino Rota. It's just devastating and solemnly dignified.
This is a piece of music that was composed for Federico Fellini's Casanova soundtrack. I cannot find a vid for the song alone on youtube so I have included instead the piece of the film where it appears. This is approximately 00.00 - 01.50 in the below clip. It's hard to hear because of all the batshit around it (I cannot understand it because it's in Italian but it seems fairly batshit) but you do get a lolsome opportunity to see Donald Sutherland in velvet, so...
Day 23 - a song that you want to play at your wedding "No-one Else" by Amel Larrieux
LOL as if I'm going to get married ffs. But you know if any of you are, you really couldn't pick a much better testament to the spirit of romantic love than this woman did with this song.
"Swift as a windsong you sing the music of an honest bird. I waited for some contradiction, truth was ringing in your every word. And every moment since then the one thing I can tell is that I belong with you and no one else."
To think I nearly almost chose, "Your Love is Forever" by George Harrison - although that too is a pretty spot on wedding song it's just not as awesome or moving as this.
Day 24 - a song that you want to play at your funeral "In a Mist" by Duncan Browne
In all reality it would probably be "Ricordo di Henriette" but as I've chosen that as another answer and my second answer, "Canci N De Cuna Street Echos(For M)" by Duncan Browne will not be found on youtube I will select this other song of his. It has all that needs to be said about life and death really.

Day 25 - a song that makes you laugh "Kitto" by The Legendary Pink Dots
I'm sure there are other songs I find funnier than this but I can't think of them. I could just choose "Unhappy Birthday" by the Smiths or "Funky Pervert from Des Moines" by Severed Heads, but those are both boring and OBVIOUS!!! so I thought I would branch out and this is all I can think of. This is pretty funny though. I am just more amused than I should be at the idea of a cat salivating possessively over it's cans of food whilst neurotically missing their owners and also by just imagining what sort of cat it is that would do all this whilst having the voice of Edward Ka-spel - I'm guessing a scary one with rabies.
