Tonight I discovered Severed Heads.
They have filled up my eighties electronic spot with warmth.
Needless to say I am now deeply impressed.
All sorts of no doubt torturous, tenuous connections to music I love are spilling free in my head. I hear NEW ORDER, early Scritti Politti and Empire of the Sun in places when I listen to certain songs.
All for no reason I'm sure.
Immediately bought one of their albums on amazon, never have I been so hasty before, I just needed to have this song and also listened to the yummy samples and I really needed to have new music to listen to.

I am having a blood test tommorry it is almost guaranteed not to be fun tiems.
Also.
It is Jenny's wedding on Saturday and she rang tonight maaaann I am so excited and happy for her, literally cannot wait until I see her in her wedding dress my lovely lovely Jenny Mo.
Man I want to cry cos I'm so strangely happy.

My mother is miming the head shoulders knees and toes dance now for no reason in the chair across from mine in our darkened living room - (she doesn't like lights) I'm not sure if this scares or amuses me in fact given how manic I am it is probably both.
