Sing me to sleep sing me to sleep I'm tired and I want to go to bed...
Fortunately not suicidal just bloody exhausted, went to a nice party last night and kinda felt like I might have been cool or popular or liked for like ten seconds there which is always cool all because a random workmate texted me!! aaah I quite like spur of the moment things, they don't happen enough in my life ha ha (there's a lack of real spice in your life...) god smiths lyrics just can be slotted in anywhere willy nilly tis tres cool you can't do that with any other band!! smiths rock!!
So I've decided to investigate the wonders of Joy Division and New Order - anyone have any reccommendations?? I am v happy today because I got sent my Barclaycard finally and so I think a bit of a muso splurge is in order!!! I read a passage in the book Ian Curtis' widow wrote that was going on about how Bernard Sumner was hypnotising him and I thought I have to check this band out and I now have to go back and buy the book becuase I was undecided at the time...god my decision making processes seem bizzare now I've voiced them!!
Also must look up the Clash the Buzzcocks and The Rolling Stones just cos I might as well listen to some of the stuff people keep reccommending to me.
Other than that a dull day ahead I have to work later and that sucks and I get to take part in an experiment which if it lasts longer than ten minutes I shall be very annoyed about - how uncharitable!!
