So, on the car ride back from the Airport, after being up all night long on a plane, I needed something to occupy my time so I wouldn't fall asleep. It was a beautiful fall day, so I took pics out the window of the car of the drive I take every single day: Radisson to Hayward (29.5 miles). In this case it was Hayward to Radisson, but who cares.
Here we have Sand Lake, one of the numerous lakes I pass by everyday. It's just outside of Stone Lake, WI, which is just short of the halfway point on the drive home.
The beginning of the leaves changing over.
Typical half swamp/half forest in Northern Wi
The Chippewa River, it flows all along the highway.
Farm country...kinda
Downtown Couderay, WI...a hoppin' busy place don't cha know. This is about 5 miles from my house.
In case you didn't belive that I live in a small town, here's proof. This sign is less than one block from my house.
Another Chippewa River shot. This was taken just across the highway from my house.
So you see, I live in a beautiful area, inconvenient though it may be.
