Throwing people in jail is easy. Lets politicians say they're taking criminals off the street.

Rehabilitation. Now that's hard.

I'm craving my chili. I went two weeks without it, because I was getting desensitized.

Gracious, no! If no one were benefiting financially, it would not happen. This is not because of 'capitalism', either. Big business gets so many breaks and grants and assistance, it would make the mythical (and non-existent) 'rich' welfare mother jealous. Free market my ample ass! To wit:
