Заполняю анкету по поводу работы в British Council.
Там очень подробная инструкция по заполнению этой самой анкеты, в которой есть часть следующего содержания:

Disability

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Disabled People defines a disabled person as someone who has long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairments, which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others.
It is British Council policy to interview all applicants who are disabled and who meet the essential criteria for an advertised job.

И потом следующей кусочек в самой анкете:

Do you have a disability as defined in the guidance note?

Yes

No

Regardless of whether you have a disability, do you require any adjustments to be made to facilitate your participation in the selection process?  If yes, a member of Human Resources will contact you to ascertain how best to assist you.

Yes

No
