Ok… so I've been told that I should update, and seeing as I like telling my friends what I do all the time, I'll oblige you all!
Well first off, I had my last soccer game last Monday, we won. And I got to play center-mid for the first 15-20 minutes of the game! (Seniors get to play whatever poasion they want on the last game) I think I did alright, but who knows with me :-P Then the coach put me back in the back line, because he said he'd only guarantee us the first 10 minutes of the game. They made one goal that was total luck, but still the end score was like 6-1 or 5-1. Aaron nut-meged the goalie with one of his shots, LOL, I really would of hated to be the goalie in that game.
Oh some time before that the Hapers had a early Halloween party, and it was flippin' fun! I somehow got it into my mind that it was at 4 and not 6… so I got there at 5 and just helped set up stuff with them. I dressed up as a doctor, lame eh? But that's all I could come up within 2-3 days :-P Mel and Kay had the best customs, Kay was the queen of the night (her prom dress and a cape) and Mel was a Vampire, complete with fangs, and black hair! She looked great!
Oh and that same night Gram Jewel had a soccer team party at his house. That was a lot of fun, and their house is HUGE! All the kids had their own rooms, then there was a good size pool out back, a entertainment room on the third floor (a air hockey table and a projection screen TV), two sets of stairs to get to the second floor, a pretty good sized kitchen, a huge screened in back porch, and extra garage that also had a room above (guest room maybe?). Oh and they have a big gate, and a really long front yard. So needless to say I really liked their house. And I had a great time hanging out whit my friend and eating pizza. Then I got two pizzas given to me at the end of the party because Mr. Jewel had bought like 50 pizzas and only like half were eaten.
And also during all of this I was helping Amy make a queen-size platform bed for Amy's room. And I'll have to post some of the pictures Amy took sometime, but for now I'll just tell you what it's like… IT'S FREAKING HUGE AND HAVY AS HECK! Yeah, that's the fast way to say it. But really, it's made of like eight 2x4's, four or five 2x6's, two huge pieces of plywood, and most likely over 75 screws. Oh, and it's like 25 inch's high, and with the matrices on it, it's about 35 inch's high, which is about has tall as Zeke, so it's big. And the whole reason for this is Amy wants to have long boxes under the bed so she doesn't want to lose any space. But it's ok, the only people that will be using it are over 5'10, and for Jake, Rita, and I, it's at a pretty good height.
And that brings me to now, or sorta now. Since Shelley moved to another house she's needed help to up-pack everything because her due date is next mouth (the 10th) and so she can't do much. So she asked if any of us would come over for a few days and help her out. So since there was a church bonfire on Friday, so I flew decided that night that I wanted to go, so I booked myself a flight to Raleigh, at 9 Friday morning. Well I had to get up at 6:30 to get a shower and eat, and I so don't like 6:30… AND the night before I couldn't get to sleep 'til 2 freaking 30! So needless to say I was tired and not that happy to find out that the plane I was getting on was having some sort of problem so they had to get us another plane. Which took an hour, and I was so tired, but I didn't want to try to get some sleep while waiting 'cause if I did I might sleep through the boarding (I'm a really heavy sleeper!)
But gladly there was a Starbucks right near the gate, and they had no problem giving me large glasses of water for free! (I would of gotten something to wake me up but I didn't know what might have coffee in it, and if that happened it would be bad) I also got a cookie and a Cinabon at the Cinabons (Ah, so good!). Then the plane finally got there and I got on with no problems. And the plane ride was GREAT! I had three seats all to myself, so no huge, smelly person falling asleep on me! (although I've never had this, I've seen it on movies) But they didn't give us any drinks, and I couldn't get to sleep, but I had my ipod and my starbucks water, so I was fine!
Then it took Shelley to find me at the Raleigh airport, I was standing there talking to her on the phone for like 5-10 minutes, outside the airport.
Once we got back to the house I got right to work cause Shelley had someone coming to get a bed at 12:30. I took the bed apart in like 15-20 minutes (would have been quicker but Shelley and Mikes tools weren't liking me right then). Then the people that wanted the futon got there, they were two college girls and one of the girls parents. But sadly for the girls, the one girls dad couldn't do anything because he'd just had neck surgery and couldn't lift anything.
It took like 20-30 minutes to get that done, then the people that got the bunk-bed got there, and oh my were they fun... They were, umm, interesting to say the least. They came in and acted like they were family (the unwanted kind) even though Shelley had only seen them like once and me never. So because I had already taken the bed apart we got them out of there in less then 20 minutes! Shelley loved me so much for that.
Ok, well this is it for now... but in a little bit I will tell you about my week at the airport :-P Later!
Oh and I LOVE the Album "The Black Parade" the song The End, and Mama are the BEST!
