Will SCO sue Microsoft?

If you now try and access www.microsoft.com, you will now be redirected quite possibly to an Akamai web sever.

Akamai are a company that will mirror websites on various systems to help prevent a distributed DOS attack on a web site.

That's fair enough. After all, the Blaster worm was cause enough to do that.

However Akamai servers run Linux.

SCO wants to be paid by companies using Linux.

Does this mean that SCO will sue Microsoft as well?
